Return Policy

Concentrator Return Policy
Oxygen Concentrators have a 7-day period and 10-hour period in which they are eligible for return.

- Over 30 Days or 25 Hours of Use: This concentrator does not qualify for return.
- If the concentrator is not meeting your needs, please contact us to discuss a replacement.
We reserve the right to manage returned concentrators on a case-by-case basis.
Battery, External Charger and Regulator Policy.
Only unopened and unused battery, external charger and regulators can be returned for a refund. The return authorization must be created by a Customer Service Representative within 10 days of delivery. The devices will be tested before your refund is issued. battery, external charger and regulators will only qualify for refund if they are unopened and returned with all original packaging and paperwork.
NB: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Warranty

We are glad to help with guarantee returns for fix or substitution of your gadget.
While under guarantee, the maker will test your gadget to check whether it should be fixed or supplanted. We will advance your gadget onto the maker for testing and fix/substitution.
